St. Paul, Minn. – Cortec Corporation, a global leader in corrosion control technologies, has announced the appointment of Caleb Pheneger as its new President, effective August 1, 2025. Pheneger, who most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, has been with Cortec since 2012, steadily advancing through key leadership roles.
Pheneger began his career at Cortec as a contract-to-hire chemical engineer before being promoted to Production Manager in 2014 and later to Director of Manufacturing in 2017. Over the years, he has been instrumental in driving operational improvements, expanding manufacturing capabilities, and strengthening the company’s global supply chain.
With more than a decade of experience at Cortec, Pheneger’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to promoting leadership from within. His deep technical expertise, combined with a proven track record in manufacturing and operations management, positions him to guide Cortec through its next phase of growth and innovation in corrosion protection solutions.
