
Chiron Group appoints Roman Gaida as CEO to drive global growth and sales!
Chiron Group SE has announced the appointment of Roman Gaida as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. In his new role, Gaida will take overall responsibility for the company’s global operations and will also lead its worldwide sales function, signaling a strong focus on market expansion and customer engagement.
Gaida brings extensive international leadership experience across engineering, sales, business development and general management. Over the course of his career, he has held key roles at globally recognized technology companies, including Wieland Group, OC Oerlikon Balzers and Mitsubishi Electric, where he led the CNC business across the EMEA region. His background reflects a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial leadership in advanced manufacturing sectors.
Most recently, Gaida served as Chief Sales Officer at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems, where he was responsible for global sales, marketing and service operations. In this role, he played a key part in driving international growth strategies and strengthening customer relationships across multiple markets.
According to the company’s leadership, Gaida’s appointment represents a strategic step in reinforcing Chiron Group’s global positioning. His ability to integrate sales, technology and operational execution is expected to play a critical role in shaping the company’s next phase of growth.
