Caron Engineering Appoints New C-Suite Leadership Team to Drive Innovation and Growth!

Caron Engineering Inc. has announced the appointment of a new C-suite leadership team aimed at enhancing operations and driving technological innovation within the company. Rob Caron, the founder and CEO, introduced the following executive appointments:
- Joel Tessier, COO – With over 35 years of service, Tessier brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence. In his new role as COO, he will continue to optimize the company’s day-to-day functions.
- Derrill Vezina, CTO – Having led the engineering department for over a decade, Vezina will continue to spearhead Caron’s technology strategy and product portfolio as CTO, driving the company’s technological advancements.
- Brianna Toulouse, CMO – Toulouse, who has led Caron’s marketing department for more than 10 years, will now focus on steering the company’s marketing strategy as CMO, aiming to drive brand growth and expand Caron’s global market reach.
- Joe Gagnon, CFO – Gagnon brings more than six years of experience managing Caron’s finance team. His expertise in commercial analysis and business development will be instrumental in guiding the company’s financial strategies and ensuring long-term sustainability.
