Capitol Engineering Expands Operations with Purchase of 120,000-Sq.-Ft. Facility in Phoenix!

Capitol Engineering Co., a prominent metal fabrication company, has announced the purchase of a new 120,000-sq.-ft. industrial facility located on an 11-acre site in Phoenix, Arizona. This strategic move nearly triples the size of the company’s current operations in the region, significantly expanding its production capacity and enabling further growth.

The newly acquired facility includes a 6,000-sq.-ft. administration office, a 14,400-sq.-ft. flex building, and four production/manufacturing bays spanning approximately 95,000 sq. ft. The increased space will allow Capitol Engineering to better manage its growing workload and enhance its manufacturing operations. The company is expected to occupy the new facility by July 1.

John Carney, president of Capitol Engineering, emphasized the importance of this move, stating: “The new facility will not only help us meet our current workload but will support our growth plans by delivering a more modern and efficient workflow and additional equipment to support our team, operations, and capabilities.”

Capitol Engineering is well-known for its custom fabrication of structural steel, piping, ductwork, and tanks made from a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys. The expanded facility will provide additional space for advanced equipment, improving production efficiency and allowing the company to better serve its diverse client base in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

With this new location, Capitol Engineering is positioned to further enhance its capabilities and continue its trajectory of growth in the competitive metal fabrication industry.
