Cadence Design Systems Appoints Moshe Gavrielov to Board of Directors!

Cadence Design Systems, Inc. has announced the appointment of Moshe Gavrielov to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2025. With a wealth of experience spanning executive roles at leading technology companies, Mr. Gavrielov is expected to bring strategic and technical insights to support Cadence’s growth in the AI era.

Moshe Gavrielov served as President and CEO of Xilinx, Inc. from 2008 to 2018, where he led the company’s transformation from an FPGA supplier to a pioneer in “All Programmable” solutions. This transition significantly expanded Xilinx’s market presence and technological influence.

Currently, Mr. Gavrielov serves on the boards of NXP Semiconductors N.V. and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd., and chairs the boards of Foretellix and SiMa.ai. His extensive network and expertise in advanced technologies position him as a valuable asset for Cadence as it continues to deliver innovative solutions in the evolving AI landscape.
