Bluebeam Expands Procore Partnership with New Integrations to Strengthen Construction Collaboration!
By Ashutosh Arora
Bluebeam, a leading provider of digital solutions for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals and a part of the Nemetschek Group, has expanded its partnership with Procore Technologies, the global leader in construction management software. The collaboration introduces two powerful new integrations—Procore Documents + Bluebeam and Procore Submittals + Bluebeam—designed to streamline project collaboration, eliminate data silos, and ensure teams work from a single source of truth throughout the project lifecycle.
The expansion builds on Bluebeam’s vision of an open, connected ecosystem where project teams can collaborate seamlessly across the tools they already rely on. With the recent introduction of Bluebeam’s Integrations Directory and a series of product enhancements, this partnership marks a significant step forward in creating fully connected digital workflows for construction professionals worldwide.
The Procore Documents + Bluebeam integration allows users to add markups directly to files stored in Procore Documents, with updates automatically synced back to the platform. This ensures all stakeholders are working from the most up-to-date content and mitigates the risks of version control issues. Files can also be imported into Bluebeam Studio Sessions, enabling rapid, multi-user collaboration and review in real time.
The Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration connects Bluebeam’s advanced markup tools directly with Procore’s Submittals workflow. Teams can launch Studio Sessions from Procore, collaboratively review submittal PDFs, and then return marked-up files automatically into Procore, creating a seamless feedback loop. This eliminates manual steps, reduces errors, and preserves a complete audit trail for compliance and accountability.
“These integrations remove barriers to collaboration and keep teams focused on building, not managing documents and data,” said Luke Prescott, Head of Product at Bluebeam. “By deepening our integrations with Procore, we’re removing friction and enabling project teams to work more efficiently and accurately. Our goal is to empower construction professionals with tools that keep everyone aligned across the project lifecycle.”
Geoff Lewis, Senior Vice President of Product Management at Procore, echoed the sentiment, noting: “Seamless collaboration is critical for driving efficient and successful project delivery. Our expanded integrations with Bluebeam give customers powerful, connected workflows that reduce friction and ensure everyone is working from the same set of information. Together, we’re helping the industry build smarter and faster.”
The expanded partnership also reflects the broader strategy of the Nemetschek Group to drive digital transformation in construction by connecting industry-leading tools. Other brands within the group are strengthening their integrations with Procore, including Solibri, which now offers the CheckPoint integration for real-time BIM model checking; GoCanvas and SiteDocs, which enhance safety and compliance workflows; and dRofus, which now integrates with Novorender for advanced 3D visualization of BIM project data inside Procore.
Bluebeam and Procore will highlight the partnership at upcoming industry events, including Bluebeam Unbound, taking place September 30 to October 2 in Washington, D.C., and Procore Groundbreak, scheduled for October 14–16 in Houston, TX.
With over 3 million users in more than 160 countries, Bluebeam continues to deliver solutions that improve project communication, reduce waste, and drive efficiency. Its deepening collaboration with Procore reflects a shared vision: empowering AEC professionals to achieve smarter, faster, and more sustainable project delivery through connected digital ecosystems.
