
Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies Sign MoU to Explore Advanced Technology Collaboration!
Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore strategic collaboration across technology-driven sectors including automotive, defence, artificial intelligence and data centres.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly assess opportunities in next-generation technologies, focusing on the development of future-ready solutions for automotive platforms, defence systems and AI-enabled server infrastructure. The partnership aims to combine complementary strengths in engineering, precision manufacturing, electronics design and digital innovation to create scalable and advanced products aligned with evolving global industry demands.
As rapid advancements in generative AI, autonomous systems and sustainable computing reshape global markets, the collaboration seeks to position both organisations at the forefront of emerging technology ecosystems. VVDN brings expertise in electronics design, embedded software development, system integration and end-to-end manufacturing services, while Bharat Forge contributes advanced manufacturing capabilities and precision engineering experience across critical sectors.
Amit Kalyani, Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Bharat Forge, stated that the collaboration is expected to accelerate innovation and enhance the quality of solutions delivered to customers.
