Since 2020, BAE Systems has successfully recruited over 10,000 apprentices and graduates and has invested more than £1 billion in education and skills development. The newly recruited individuals will play integral roles in several high-profile projects, such as the Global Combat Air Programme, the UK’s next-generation SSN-AUKUS submarines, and Type-26 frigates. Additionally, these recruits will contribute to advancing disruptive technologies including cyber, space, and drone capabilities, signifying BAE Systems’ focus on the future landscape of defense and security.
