AXISCADES Appoints Senior Executives to Lead Growth in Aerospace and Semiconductor Sectors!

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a leading provider of advanced engineering and technology solutions, has announced key leadership appointments aimed at bolstering its growth in the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor sectors. KP Mohanakrishnan has been appointed Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace, and D Murali Krishnan has been named Chief Operating Officer & President – ESAI. These appointments, which were approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on April 9, 2025, come at a crucial time as the company embarks on a strategic transformation to expand its footprint and enhance product innovation.

These leadership changes are designed to strengthen AXISCADES’ efforts in becoming a more product-led technology organization. The company recently completed the integration of AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Pvt Ltd and Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd, which are expected to play a significant role in its growth strategy. With a clear focus on expanding into high-growth sectors like aerospace, defense technology, and semiconductors, the appointments are a step toward scaling operations and enhancing advanced engineering capabilities.

With over 30 years of experience, KP Mohanakrishnan brings valuable expertise from aerospace, automotive, and engineering sectors. He has held leadership roles at Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt Ltd and Tata Advanced Materials Ltd, where he cultivated strategic partnerships with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and institutions like HAL, ISRO, and DRDO. Mohanakrishnan is committed to furthering AXISCADES’ vision of becoming a leading player in aerospace manufacturing and support services.

D Murali Krishnan brings extensive leadership experience from Cyient Limited, where he led the $200 million digital engineering business and managed a team of more than 4,000 engineers. He has also held leadership roles at Pennar Industries and now steps into the COO role at AXISCADES. As CEO of Mistral Solutions, a subsidiary of AXISCADES, Krishnan is well-positioned to help accelerate innovation and expand the company’s global reach in the defense and electronics sectors.
