ATL Secures Multi-Year Supply Agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies for Titanium and Superalloy Cast Components!
Aerolloy Technologies Limited (ATL), a wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited, has entered into a multi-year supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies to manufacture and deliver high-precision Titanium and Superalloy investment cast components for a wide range of aerospace applications. The scope of the agreement includes the supply of critical engine components, reinforcing ATL’s growing role in high-value, safety-critical aerospace manufacturing.
Under the agreement, Aerolloy will operate a fully integrated, single-source manufacturing model. The entire production cycle—from Titanium and Superalloy material production to alloy melting, processing, and precision investment casting—will be carried out at the company’s Strategic Manufacturing Technology Centre in Uttar Pradesh. This end-to-end capability offers Honeywell enhanced traceability, rigorous quality control, and improved supply chain reliability, while reducing dependence on multiple suppliers and mitigating sourcing risks.
The integrated manufacturing approach is designed to deliver consistent quality and long-term dependability for Honeywell’s ongoing aerospace programs. By consolidating all stages of production within one advanced facility, the partnership strengthens supply chain resilience and supports the stringent performance and certification requirements demanded by the global aerospace industry.
Commenting on the development, Sachin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of PTC Industries, described the agreement as a major milestone for both Aerolloy and the parent company. He noted that the partnership reflects Honeywell’s confidence in Aerolloy’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and aligns with PTC’s vision of building a globally competitive ecosystem for Titanium and Superalloy aerospace components. He added that the collaboration further reinforces India’s expanding role in the international aerospace supply chain.
The long-term nature of the agreement provides ATL with strong business visibility while elevating its position as a strategic supplier for next-generation aerospace platforms. Backed by more than six decades of experience, PTC Industries continues to expand its footprint in precision metal components for critical applications, with this partnership marking another significant step in India’s evolution as a global hub for advanced aerospace manufacturing.
