Alinabal Group Expands U.S. Manufacturing Footprint with New South Carolina Facility!

Sunday 4 January 2026, 12:14:14 PM

Alinabal Group, a specialist in engineered performance and precision manufacturing solutions, has announced the establishment of a new manufacturing operation in Greer, South Carolina, marking its first facility in the state and a strategic expansion into the Southeastern United States. The company has opened a 10,000-square-foot manufacturing plant that will extend its precision machining, fabrication, and welding capabilities closer to customers operating in one of the fastest-growing manufacturing regions in the country.

The decision to enter South Carolina follows sustained growth in demand from customers in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, power generation, and heavy industrial manufacturing. Many of these customers have expanded their operations in the Southeast, prompting the need for a stronger regional manufacturing and engineering presence. By locating in Greer, Alinabal Group aims to enhance responsiveness, shorten delivery timelines, and provide more cost-effective support while maintaining the high standards of quality for which the company is known.

The new Greer facility is being equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, modern fabrication equipment, and comprehensive welding capabilities. In addition to production resources, the site will support collaborative engineering and design activities, enabling closer interaction between Alinabal’s technical teams and customer engineering groups. This integrated approach is intended to accelerate project development, improve manufacturability, and deliver optimized solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Full-scale operations at the South Carolina facility are expected to commence in early 2026. Once operational, the plant will function as a regional hub, supporting customers across the Southeast while remaining fully connected to Alinabal Group’s established manufacturing network in the Northeastern United States. The company’s headquarters and core operations remain in Milford, and the Greer site will leverage shared systems, processes, and technical expertise across locations. This structure allows Alinabal to combine local agility with enterprise-wide engineering depth and manufacturing know-how.

Commenting on the expansion, Steven Gore, Chief Executive Officer of Alinabal Group, said the move reflects both customer demand and the company’s long-term growth strategy. He noted that the Greer operation will enable faster service, improved efficiency, and enhanced value delivery by positioning manufacturing resources closer to key customers. According to the company, the expansion is also aligned with broader supply chain localization trends, as manufacturers seek more resilient and regionally balanced production networks.

From a workforce perspective, the Greer facility is expected to generate up to 50 new jobs over time. These roles will include skilled machinists, welders, fabrication technicians, engineers, and administrative professionals. Alinabal plans to combine local hiring with the transfer of experienced personnel from other locations to ensure that quality, safety, and operational standards remain consistent across the organization. The company views talent development and knowledge transfer as critical to sustaining long-term performance as it grows geographically.

Bill Richards, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, emphasized that customers have been seeking stronger regional support, and the South Carolina facility directly addresses that requirement. While this marks Alinabal Group’s first presence in the state, the company has indicated that it sees further growth opportunities within South Carolina as regional demand continues to expand.

With this investment, Alinabal Group strengthens its national manufacturing footprint while reinforcing its commitment to customers and communities alike. The Greer facility represents not only a capacity expansion, but also a strategic step toward deeper regional engagement, supply chain resilience, and sustained growth in the evolving U.S. manufacturing landscape.
