Airflow Technology Protects Employees and Facilities from Airborne Hazards!
Denios has launched a new range of containment and airflow products engineered to capture hazardous emissions directly at the source, helping organizations protect employees, equipment and facilities from airborne risks. The solutions are designed to support compliance with OSHA exposure limits while improving overall workplace safety.
The portfolio includes ergonomic fume hoods, laboratory workstations, walk-in downflow containment booths and laminar flow hoods, each developed to control and manage hazardous vapors, dusts and particulates before they spread into the work environment. These systems are suitable for a wide range of industrial, laboratory and production settings.
VARIO-Flow fume hoods are configurable to meet specific customer requirements, enabling tailored airflow performance and workspace layouts. Complementing this, the VARIO-Flow GAP hazardous materials workstation incorporates modular table extractors and a fresh air curtain, combining effective containment with ergonomic workflow design for safer handling of hazardous substances.
Denios’ walk-in downflow containment booths are available in three model ranges and can be customized for site-specific processes and space constraints. These booths create a controlled airflow pattern that directs contaminants away from operators, enhancing safety during powder handling, dispensing and other high-risk operations.
For applications requiring clean and controlled environments, laminar air flow booths provide HEPA-filtered airflow and stainless-steel construction to protect both personnel and products. These solutions are well suited for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare and food production, where maintaining contaminant-free conditions is critical.
