Aimtron Electronics to Establish Advanced ESDM Facility!

Aimtron Electronics Limited, a rising force in India’s Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector, has secured close to ₹100 crore through the issuance of convertible warrants to a select group of strategic investors. The funding round, approved by the company’s board, included participation from the promoter group—Mukesh Vasani and Nirmal Vasani—alongside institutional investors, signaling strong confidence in Aimtron’s expansion plans.

The capital will support the development of a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility on a 3-acre site, which will house up to five advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines and full system-level assembly infrastructure. The facility is expected to significantly boost Aimtron’s capacity in box-build and integrated electronics solutions, driving the company toward its ₹1,000 crore revenue goal.

Mukesh Vasani, CEO of Aimtron Electronics, noted that the investment would create a future-focused manufacturing hub aligned with India’s self-reliance goals in electronics. He emphasized that the new facility would position Aimtron to scale operations efficiently and support next-generation manufacturing demands.

Nirmal Vasani, Global COO, remarked that the facility would enhance Aimtron’s ability to handle high volumes, reduce lead times, and deliver end-to-end solutions under one roof. He stated that this expansion would strengthen India’s role as a dependable partner in the global electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

The ₹98.5 crore was raised through the issuance of 14.79 lakh convertible warrants priced at ₹666 each, convertible into equity shares. This move is part of Aimtron’s broader growth strategy to expand its footprint in strategic sectors such as aerospace, defense, telecom, IoT, and AI-powered technologies.

With modern infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and an increasing focus on innovation and integration, Aimtron Electronics is set to become a key player in India’s rapidly advancing ESDM landscape, supporting both domestic needs and global demand.
