600 UK are delighted to announce the new appointment of Chris Smith as new area sales manager for the North of England from 2 January 2018, selling both Colchester and Harrison lathe ranges and Clausing Mills, Drills, Saws and Grinders.
Chris was apprentice trained in mechanical engineering at TS Harrison & Sons before moving into a wide variety of machine tool sales roles over the last 30 years. Chris lives in Dewsbury with his wife and they have 3 grown up daughters and 5 grandchildren.
When not selling machine tools, Chris’ main passions are rugby league and football. Chis has been involved for many years with his local rugby team, Shawcross Sharks as a player, coach and more recently, club chairman.
