Meyers Manx Introduces the Resorter Neighbourhood Electric Vehicle

The Resorter Neighbourhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) was unveiled by Meyers Manx at ‘The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.’

The four-passenger Manx Resorter NEV is powered by a twin-motor electric drivetrain and lithium batteries. According to the company, it is intended for local exploration and is electronically limited to 25 mph by NEV standards. The Resorter NEV was created concurrently with the Meyers Manx 2.0 Electric Vehicle. The Resorter NEV shares important components with the 2.0 and will be able to explore big ranches as well as the coastal villages for which it was designed.

Highlights of the Resorter NEV include:

  • A chassis made of streamlined aluminium monocoque.
  • Advanced LED lighting, a smart dashboard, and Easter eggs reflecting the company’s heritage are among the features.
  • It has a detachable roof, forthcoming zip-down window doors, standard electric A/C, a foldable windscreen and terrain-ready wheels.
  • Personalization options include a variety of exterior colours, environmentally friendly interior materials, and front seat configurations.
  • This modern reimagining of a 1970s vehicle was initially shown to a small group of Meyers Manx aficionados on Thursday, August 17 at the Trousdale House in Monterey, California.

The Resorter NEV is priced at $49,000, while the Manx 2.0 is priced at $74,000.
