Mazak’s new Syncrex series of Swiss-style machines built for high-volume manufacture of small, accurate parts will be on display in the high-production technology action area. Attendees, according to Mazak, will see how adding rapid, high-accuracy, and tight-tolerance production increases business potential.

Mazak’s multitasking and innovative manufacturing technology will be highlighted in two additional action zones. Mazak’s Integrex and Quick Turn series, which integrate numerous processes for processing raw materials into finished parts for enhanced cost-effectiveness and flexibility, will be among the featured machines in the multitasking action area. Mazak’s two new Neo series machines will be the focus of the advanced manufacturing technology action area. The Variaxis Neo series of next-generation five-axis machining centres offer advanced multiple-surface simultaneous machining capability in a rapid, compact machine. Mazak’s HCN-5000 Neo HMCs combine sophisticated technology with great performance and productivity to maximise production while consuming less energy.

The VC-500A/5X HWD Hyrbid multitasking machine, which includes joining and additive technologies, will also be on display in the advanced manufacturing action area. Mazatrol Smooth CNCs power all Mazak machines. Mazak Mazatrol Smooth Controls are equipped with Mazak’s ultra-high-speed machining software, which supports both conversational and G-code EIA/ISO programming.

A variety of conventional and customised automation systems will be used to support real-time technology demos. Mazak Automation Solutions experts will be on hand to discuss how to incorporate automation into production in an efficient and productive manner. Attendees will also have the opportunity to see the Mazak Kentucky site, which has the Mazak iSmart Factory as its centrepiece.
