DN Solutions America Names a New CEO

Daniel Medrea has been named CEO of DN Solutions America (DNSA) by DN Solutions. Medrea provides 27 years of expertise in both technical and leadership roles in the North American machine tool business. “As an experienced business leader, Daniel will collaborate with our DNSA team and distributors to help us achieve our goal of becoming a top, high-end solutions provider to manufacturers across all markets that we serve,” said Wonjong Kim, worldwide CEO and president of DN Solutions. “He will focus on go-to-market strategies for DNSA and support the overall globalisation of DN Solutions.”

Medrea has spent the previous three decades working in manufacturing roles ranging from the shop floor to the C-suite, most recently as chief sales and service officer of DMG MORI USA, after graduating with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering/machine tool building technology. Medrea has held technical and managerial positions such as applications engineer, engineering manager, product sales manager, managing director, and chief operating officer during his career. “I’m very excited about the opportunities ahead,” adds Medrea. “I’ve seen DN Solutions grow and succeed as a result of their excellent reputation, diverse product line, and dedicated distributor network.” Building on this solid basis, I will work hard to drive customer satisfaction and generate long-term, sustainable growth in collaboration with the DNSA team and distributors.”
