LNS Europe Unveils Versatile Barfeed Solution

LNS Europe has introduced the EXPRESS 126, a new barfeeding solution designed to enhance flexibility and performance in manufacturing operations. This innovative product offers adaptability by allowing operators to choose between configurations with or without a front rest.

In the configuration without a front rest, the barfeed is positioned as close as possible to the spindle. Guiding tubes that extend into the spindle ensure precise bar guidance right up to the lathe chuck, making it especially suitable for small diameter bars.

Alternatively, using the front rest option, the barfeed incorporates a crucial active guiding zone. This electronically controlled feature, managed through parameters set in the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), stabilizes the bar by closing around it. It then opens to allow the pusher to pass through, offering stability when the gap between the bar and guiding elements widens.

LNS Europe’s EXPRESS 126 is set to be a valuable addition to manufacturing processes, providing enhanced capability for precision machining and operational flexibility. The company’s commitment to innovation continues to support manufacturers in achieving optimal performance across diverse sectors.

LNS Europe, known for its advanced manufacturing solutions, remains at the forefront of delivering high-quality barfeeding systems that cater to the evolving needs of industries across the region.
