Since 1944, FFG DMC has been delivering high quality, high productivity and high performance machine tools. The range of machine tools include horizontal and vertical CNC lathes and vertical machining centres.
The horizontal turning centres consists of several machine types ranging from small bar fed gang type lathes to complex CNC turning centres with Y and C axes and sub-spindles. The ranges include heavy duty roller guideway and solid box way models, depending on the speed and power required.
FFG DMC vertical turning centres offer a compact floor area using castings and box slide way design. The box guideways are made of meehanite cast iron and provide the necessary robustness for greater accuracy and vibration absorption whilst machining. Turning diameters range from Ø450mm through to Ø1100mm. Both static and driven tool variants are available.
Vertical machining centres offer high precision machining and including wide tables that easily accommodate large workpieces. Single table and twin pallet machines are available.
