Bott, a leading provider of vehicle conversion solutions in the UK, has announced that Deborah Stewart-Downs, the UK Head of Sales for Vehicle Conversions, will be retiring in 2026. As part of a succession plan to ensure seamless continuity, the company has revealed several leadership appointments.

James Cosgrove will step into the role of UK Head of Indirect Sales & Processes, while Kim Smith will become UK Head of Direct/Fleet Sales. These appointments are designed to maintain the strength of Bott’s sales organisation and enable a detailed handover of duties over the coming years.

Deborah Stewart-Downs will continue to play a pivotal role in the organisation by overseeing the delivery of Bott’s stand at the CV Show in April 2026. Her continued involvement will ensure consistency through this transitional phase.

Tributes have been paid to Deborah for her years of dedicated service. Her leadership has been crucial in supporting Bott’s customers, and her impact on the organisation has been significant. As she prepares to embark on new journeys, the company expresses its gratitude for her invaluable contributions.

Bott’s commitment to providing top-tier vehicle conversion services remains unwavering as it looks towards the future with a new leadership team poised to continue its legacy of excellence.
