A brand new Studer favorit 1044 is proving a big hit for the precision engineers at NGT Ltd in Gateshead. We chat to MD Mike Hutchinson and find out how the impressive grinder is helping the team work to tight tolerances for parts used in severe-duty applications. That means parts that need to be used in high pressure, high speed, high temperature, and high abrasion environments.
