Trumpf Inc. is showcasing the newly enhanced TruPrint 2000, featuring a larger square build plate that is designed to boost productivity, reliability, and quality in 3D printing. Optimized for serial production, particularly in the tooling, dental, and medical industries, the TruPrint 2000 comes equipped with a 300-watt laser in its standard configuration, with an optional upgrade to a 500-watt integrated fiber laser for increased power. The machine’s combination of laser power, build volume, and efficient coating time makes it an economical choice for series production.
The TruPrint 2000 is engineered for easy and safe powder handling, making it ideal for manufacturers seeking high-quality output. Additionally, Trumpf’s virtual showroom at their booth offers an interactive experience, allowing participants to explore the range of laser technology and additive manufacturing (AM) applications Trumpf provides, helping them identify the right equipment for specific applications and part requirements.
In addition to the TruPrint 2000, Trumpf is also demonstrating several of its other advanced manufacturing solutions. These include the TruArc Weld 1000, an automated arc welding system designed for high-mix, low-volume production; the TruLaser Station 7000, a compact fiber laser welding system; and the TruMark Station 7000, featuring the TruMark 6030 for precise 3D laser marking. These technologies reflect Trumpf’s ongoing commitment to providing versatile, high-quality manufacturing solutions across a range of industries.
