The Long Rock depot project forms part of the larger GWR enhancement scheme to improve the sleeper train service between Cornwall and London. As part of the improvement plan, Great
Western Railway constructed a new £20million depot at Long Rock in Penzance in addition to redeveloping the existing facility, and TPS360 were fortunate to have played an integral role in each phase.
TPS360 were successful in the competitive process to be selected by GWR, and played a key role in redeveloping and enhancing the depot, within tight timescales and budgetary restrictions.
