From its Roastery Plant in London, our client supplies the coffee to all its coffee houses worldwide. TPS360 were instructed to install a high-quality flooring to cover a 1,480m² area. The system needed to be durable, sustainable with thermal capabilities of up to 70 C.
Preparation:
The substrate was prepared using our 950Rx planetary grinding machine and edge grinder, removing contaminants and weakness to give a clean, sound load bearing surface.
Priming:
The prepared concrete received a priming coat of Epoxy ST100 by roller.
Self-Smoothing Topping:
The primed surface was coated with Remmers Epoxyflex Coating PH as a flow system to the desired thickness. Applied by trowel and spike roller in two directions to release air and give a smooth surface. Addition of Accelerator PH to reduce walk on time to 4 hours.
