Thursday 5 March 2026, 6:40:13 PM

There was certainly plenty to see in Gütersloh this week, as DN Solutions officially opened its new Additive Solutions Center Europe, marking a significant step forward in the company’s strategy to lead from the front in advanced manufacturing.

The centre was formally unveiled with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, welcoming customers, partners, and industry experts from across Europe to experience first-hand what the future of manufacturing looks like. And from the moment the doors opened, it was clear—this is far more than just a facility launch; it’s a statement of intent.

A Hub for Innovation and Collaboration

Located in Gütersloh, the new centre has been designed as a fully integrated environment where additive and subtractive technologies come together under one roof. Visitors throughout the day were treated to:

  • Live machine demonstrations showcasing cutting-edge additive capabilities
  • Technical presentations exploring the latest in hybrid manufacturing
  • Hands-on discussions focused on real-world applications and production challenges

The energy throughout the event reflected the growing demand for innovative, production-ready solutions, with strong engagement from attendees keen to understand how these technologies can transform their own operations.

Bridging Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing

What sets this facility apart is its clear focus on integration. Rather than treating additive as a standalone process, DN Solutions is positioning it as part of a complete manufacturing ecosystem—where parts can be built, refined, and finished within a single workflow.

This approach not only improves efficiency but also opens the door to new design possibilities, reduced lead times, and greater flexibility for manufacturers across a wide range of industries.

A Clear Commitment to the Future

The launch of the Additive Solutions Center Europe sends a strong message: DN Solutions is fully committed to the evolution of manufacturing. By investing in a space dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and application development, the company is creating an environment where ideas can move quickly from concept to reality.

A huge thank you goes to Dejla Hrnjadovic, Dr.-Ing. Vino Suntharakumaran and Giuseppe Piras for their time, hospitality, and insight over the past few days.
