Howells Railway Products Limited can. And we’ve been genuinely blown away by the engineering expertise and capacity on display during our visit.

Founded in 1947, Howells has invested consistently in its people, its technology, and its processes. Today, the business operates dedicated departments for every major engineering discipline, each staffed by skilled teams and supported by reliable, well-maintained machinery. It’s a true example of British engineering capability at its best.

Our focus today was the milling department, where the team walked us through their recent investment in Hypermill. This upgrade has allowed Howells to unlock even more potential from their 5-axis and 3/4-axis machines — improving efficiency, precision, and workflow across their machining operations.
