Lyndsey Vickers from MTDCNC is at Elmill to review their recent investment in the power chuck from Bison, which has helped the company make more parts every hour and make more money as a business. This power chuck has completely removed manual labour from their processes, making them faster and quicker. Bison’s power chuck is self-centering and self-clamping and uses dedicated soft jaws. Engineers can place different diameter components on the chuck with suitable dedicated jaws. Talking to the owner, Steve, we found out that he is super happy with the service provided to him. The power chuck arrived on the day and in two to three hours, it was on the machine and they were cutting metal.
