Neil Lisberg from the University of Polaris is here to tell us about real education and the unique approach that Pine Bush High School takes to support hands-on learning. Sharing his own incredible story, Neil talks about his childhood passion for taking things apart and rebuilding things. Despite a lack of credentials to back his skills, Neil was able to become an integral part of the Polaris program as a Service Technician. Students are the focal point at Pine Bush High School, and Neil’s experience tells us how skilled labour has helped kids make a successful and fulfilling career right out of high school.
