Dylan Wade from Rolar Products shares his incredible story 16 years in the making and what it’s like to have been a part of the company for most of his life. From 3 employees and 4 CNC machines to 40 employees and several different machines, Rolar Products has grown into an efficient and productive machine shop that services multiple industries such as gearing, motor mounts, paint ball guns, and more. Starting his career as a cable installer for a broadband company, Dylan shows us the importance of pursuing what makes you happy!
