MTD CNC visited Merc Aerospace recently and spoke with Richard Meade about the ongoing partnership with Hoffmann Group UK, they have seen huge efficiency and productivity gains and the financial savings have been massive!
Merc Aerospace have been on a 5S journey over the last few years utilising a large range of Garant Storage Equipment, Garant Cutting Tools and a Garant Tool24 Vending System with advanced Software features benefiting the customer and resulting in modular expansion, they now have a total of 191 drawers and managing tools effectively with future plans to integrate with Merc’s very own Maffis ERP System.
