Strategic Partnership Drives Rapid Growth at Trinity Precision Inc.
By Arthur Field
A strong manufacturing partnership between DN Solutions America, Machine Tool Specialties, and automation integrator Keratos is helping fuel remarkable expansion at Trinity Precision Inc., a fast-growing manufacturer founded in 2014.
Recently, MTDCNC’s Arthur Field and Ana Fernanda Melendez visited Trinity Precision to explore how the company has successfully purchased and installed more than 20 DN Solutions machines in just two years. With additional machines already on order and discussions of a major facility expansion underway, the visit provided insight into one of the most dynamic growth stories in North American manufacturing.

The key to this momentum lies in collaboration. With Machine Tool Specialities providing machine tool expertise, DN Solutions delivering advanced machining technology, and Keratos supporting automation integration, Trinity Precision has been able to rapidly scale its production capability while maintaining operational efficiency.
However, the company’s success extends beyond technology investment. Culture and people remain at the heart of Trinity Precision’s growth strategy. Founded by two long-time friends who set out to build a workplace where employees genuinely look forward to coming to work each day, the company has expanded its operations twice within the last two years and is preparing for another significant expansion in the near future.

A particularly notable achievement has been Trinity Precision’s ability to recruit and develop talent from outside the traditional machining workforce. During its recent period of rapid growth, the company has onboarded numerous employees with little to no machining experience and successfully trained them into skilled contributors on the shop floor.
During their visit, the MTDCNC team filmed a series of in-depth interviews with Trinity Precision and its technology partners to better understand the strategies behind this growth, the importance of collaboration, and how advanced manufacturing partnerships can accelerate expansion.

These interviews will soon be released across MTDCNC platforms, offering manufacturers an inside look at how strong partnerships, investment in technology, and a people-first culture are helping drive the next chapter of North American manufacturing.
For companies focused on strengthening domestic manufacturing capability, Trinity Precision’s story offers valuable insight into what can be achieved when the right partners, technology, and culture come together.
