Explore New Dimensions in Machining with the INDEX G220 and Traub TNX220

At the heart of our exhibit will be the INDEX G220 and the newly introduced Traub TNX220 turn-mill centers. These machines are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern manufacturing, offering unparalleled flexibility and efficiency. With spindle clearances of 76 mm, chuck diameters of 200 mm, and turning lengths of up to 900 mm, these centers are ideal for a wide range of applications, from automotive to aerospace.

Key features include a motorized milling spindle with hydrodynamically mounted Y/B axes, dual tool turrets, and a mineral cast bed for superior stability and damping. These enhancements ensure high-precision, dynamic performance, enabling you to achieve complete machining in one setup, reducing cycle times and improving overall throughput.

Automation and Flexibility with the iXcenter L

Complementing our turn-mill centers, we are proud to introduce the new iXcenter L automation cell, designed to handle all aspects of the machining process, from part handling to final packaging. The iXcenter L is versatile and can be customized with modules for pallet loading, measuring, deburring, and even laser marking, offering a comprehensive solution that enhances efficiency and reduces manual intervention.

The INDEX ABC and C-Series: Precision and Speed Combined

The updated INDEX ABC CNC automatic lathe, now featuring Y-axis functionality and double tool holders, will also be on display. This machine maintains the compact design and high-performance capabilities of its predecessors while introducing significant improvements in productivity and flexibility. The C200 and C100 automatic production lathes, known for their ability to rapidly produce complex turned parts, will demonstrate their capabilities in live machining sessions.

R300 Turn-Mill Center: A New Dimension in 5-Axis Machining

The INDEX R300 will be another highlight at our booth, showcasing its advanced 5-axis machining capabilities. With bar capacities of up to 102 mm and maximum torque of 690 Nm, the R300 is equipped for the most demanding tasks. Its dual 5-axis systems, combined with a highly efficient tool magazine capable of holding up to 140 tools, enable simultaneous machining operations, drastically reducing production times.
