CASE Construction Equipment has appointed Sachin Tare as its new Director – Manufacturing at the company’s manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The appointment comes as the company continues to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities to support increasing demand from both domestic and international markets. With more than three decades of experience in manufacturing, operations, and business leadership, Tare will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.

In his new role, Tare will lead manufacturing operations at the Pithampur facility, which serves as one of CASE’s most important production centres globally. The facility manufactures a wide range of construction equipment for customers across India while also supplying products to more than 100 countries worldwide. His extensive industry experience is expected to further enhance manufacturing efficiency, streamline production processes, and reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality construction equipment.

Prior to joining CASE Construction Equipment, Tare held senior leadership positions at Mahindra & Mahindra and BirlaNu Ltd., where he successfully led large-scale manufacturing operations and operational transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for improving operational performance, implementing efficient manufacturing practices, and driving continuous process improvements. His expertise will play an important role in supporting CASE’s manufacturing excellence and future expansion plans.

Speaking on his appointment, Tare said he was pleased to join CASE Construction Equipment at a time when India’s construction equipment industry is witnessing strong momentum, largely driven by the country’s continued focus on infrastructure development. He noted that CASE has established a long-standing reputation for engineering excellence and customer trust over the years. He added that he looks forward to working with the team to manufacture advanced equipment engineered in India for both domestic and global markets while strengthening manufacturing excellence across the organisation. He also highlighted the importance of contributing to CASE’s future growth and reinforcing India’s position as a global manufacturing hub.

The Pithampur manufacturing facility continues to play a strategic role within CASE’s global operations. The plant not only serves the growing requirements of the Indian construction equipment market but also functions as a major export base for the company’s international business. By producing equipment that meets global quality standards, the facility supports customers across multiple regions while showcasing India’s manufacturing capabilities on the global stage.

CASE has been a recognised name in the global construction equipment industry since 1842 and has maintained a strong presence in India since 1989. Over the years, the company has established itself as a market leader in the vibratory compactor segment while continuously strengthening its position in the backhoe loader market through product innovation, engineering excellence, and customer-focused solutions. Its equipment is widely used across infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects in India and overseas.

The appointment of Sachin Tare reflects CASE’s continued investment in strengthening its leadership team and manufacturing operations as the construction equipment industry experiences sustained growth. By focusing on operational excellence, advanced manufacturing practices, and continuous innovation, the company aims to further enhance productivity, support its global manufacturing network, and continue delivering reliable, high-performance equipment under its trusted brand promise, “CASE Ka Bharosa.”
