The introduction of the Yasda YBM Vi40 has delivered impressive results. The company has reported a 75% reduction in the hours required to produce each stress ball cavity. Moreover, there has been a 40-hour reduction in both setups and machining and polishing times. These improvements mark a remarkable efficiency boost for the company.
Furthermore, MR Mold has now overcome the challenge of maintaining tight flash tolerances, which was previously a persistent issue.
