Okuma Europe GmbH has officially opened its innovative Solution Center at their European Headquarters in Krefeld, Germany. The inauguration took place during their recent Open House event. This new facility is set to become a hub of innovation, collaboration, and inspiration within the manufacturing industry.
The heart of the Solution Center is its expansive 600 square metre showroom, which displays state-of-the-art CNC machining solutions. These are equipped with either Okuma’s own automation technology or advanced systems from partner companies. This area is designed to be the vibrant core of the facility, showcasing the latest in machining innovation.
Complementing the showroom is a spacious four-story office building that provides modern training spaces and collaborative work areas. This layout is intended to inspire visitors and enhance teamwork among Okuma staff, creating a synergistic environment for development and cooperation.
An additional feature of the center includes a Japanese garden-inspired relaxation area. This green space offers employees a peaceful setting for restorative breaks, promoting renewed energy and focus.
