The M. K. Morse Company introduces Challenger Edge Lock band saw blade for structural cutting!

The M. K. Morse Company has launched the Challenger Edge Lock, a new bi-metal band saw blade engineered specifically for structural and interrupted cutting applications. The blade has been designed to deliver improved durability, cutting efficiency and stability when processing challenging material shapes commonly found in fabrication environments.

Structural cutting operations often involve materials with irregular shapes and multiple entry points for the saw teeth. These conditions create higher levels of heat and mechanical stress during cutting, which can result in stripped teeth, excessive vibration and reduced blade life.
