Pascal Engineering Appoints Norio Kobayashi as Vice President for the Americas!
Pascal Engineering Inc. has appointed Norio Kobayashi as vice president, responsible for overseeing operations across North and South America. The leadership move supports the company’s efforts to strengthen regional growth and expand its presence in the industrial automation and workholding markets.
Kobayashi began his career with Pascal Engineering in Japan, where he underwent extensive training and gained experience serving the automotive industry. His early responsibilities focused on understanding customer requirements in high-precision manufacturing environments, particularly within automotive production systems that demand reliability, efficiency and repeatability.
He later relocated to the United States to join Pascal’s Chicago office as sales manager for workholding. In that role, he played a key part in expanding customer relationships and supporting manufacturers with hydraulic and pneumatic automation solutions tailored to tooling and production requirements.
As vice president for the Americas, Kobayashi will focus on driving sales growth and broadening market reach for Pascal’s portfolio of hydraulic and pneumatic automation products. These include quick mold and die change systems, as well as a range of workholding solutions designed for jigs and fixtures. His responsibilities will encompass strengthening distribution networks, supporting key accounts and identifying new opportunities across diverse manufacturing sectors.
