
Big Daishowa Appoints Edgar Argueta as Regional Sales Manager – West!
**Big Daishowa Inc. has promoted *Edgar Argueta* to the position of Regional Sales Manager – West, strengthening its sales leadership as the company continues to expand across key U.S. markets.** In his new role, Argueta will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and strategy across a broad western territory that includes California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada. All sales team members operating within these regions will report directly to him.
The appointment reflects Big Daishowa’s sustained growth and its strategic focus on enhancing customer engagement, technical support, and market presence throughout the western United States. By consolidating leadership across this large and diverse territory, the company aims to improve coordination, responsiveness, and alignment with customer needs in industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to general engineering and precision manufacturing.
Argueta joined Big Daishowa in May 2024 as Sales Manager for the Southwest District, where he was responsible for Southern California, the Baja Peninsula, and Southeast Nevada. In that role, he quickly established himself as a strong performer, leveraging both technical expertise and close customer relationships to drive business growth. His familiarity with the region and its manufacturing base has been a key factor in his progression within the organization.
Prior to joining Big Daishowa directly, Argueta spent several years as a manufacturer’s representative for the company, giving him deep, hands-on experience with Big Daishowa’s precision tooling portfolio and a strong understanding of customer applications. This background allowed him to transition seamlessly into his sales leadership role and deliver value from the outset.
Known for his strong technical foundation and customer-first approach, Argueta has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver innovative tooling solutions while maintaining high levels of service and support.
