Manufacturing Corporation of America Launches MetalPeak Fabrication to Deliver Integrated, Scalable Metal Manufacturing Solutions!
Manufacturing Corporation of America (MCA) has announced the formation of MetalPeak Fabrication, a new joint venture created to significantly expand end-to-end metal manufacturing capabilities in the United States. The venture brings together MetalOne Fabrication, an MCA-owned enterprise, and EHC Industries, combining decades of fabrication expertise with advanced production infrastructure to form a highly scalable manufacturing platform.
Based in Hunker, Pennsylvania, MetalPeak Fabrication is positioned as one of the most comprehensive metal fabrication operations in the eastern U.S. The joint venture blends EHC Industries’ strong customer relationships, application knowledge, and fabrication craftsmanship with MetalOne Fabrication’s large-format capacity, automation, and modern equipment. Together, the partners aim to address rising customer expectations for faster turnaround times, greater flexibility, and consistent high-quality American-made products.
According to Fritz O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer of MCA, the manufacturing landscape is evolving rapidly as artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies reshape industrial requirements. He emphasized that MetalPeak Fabrication has been created to meet these new demands by uniting reliability, scale, and precision under one roof, allowing customers to respond quickly to changing market needs without compromising quality.
Josh Miller, owner of EHC Industries, highlighted that the collaboration builds on EHC’s long-standing reputation for trusted partnerships. By integrating those relationships with MetalOne Fabrication’s advanced capabilities, MetalPeak Fabrication offers customers a single-source solution capable of handling complex fabrication challenges—from early-stage prototyping to full-scale production.
The MetalPeak Fabrication facility delivers a broad range of services, including sheet metal fabrication, welding, rolling, forming, punching, laser cutting, tube and pipe processing, and finishing. Its equipment lineup includes flat-sheet plate punching and laser cutting systems, multiple press brakes capable of bending up to 320 tons, a 27-foot fiber tube laser with pipe and tube bending capability, and in-house hardware insertion and assembly. This extensive setup enables customers to consolidate supply chains, reduce lead times, and improve quality consistency across projects.
Jarred Himes, Director of Operations at MetalOne Fabrication, noted that MetalPeak Fabrication represents more than a capacity expansion. He explained that the venture is designed around service reliability and execution excellence, ensuring on-time delivery while supporting both innovative startups and established manufacturers looking to scale production efficiently.
MetalPeak Fabrication will serve a diverse set of industries, including transportation, aerospace, technology, HVAC, industrial manufacturing, air filtration, nuclear medicine, electrical enclosures, and data center infrastructure. As demand grows, the company plans to expand its workforce by adding skilled machine operators, sales engineers, customer service professionals, and technical sales staff, reinforcing its commitment to domestic job creation.
The joint venture also aligns with MCA’s broader mission to strengthen the U.S. industrial base through strategic investment and modernization. Jerry Bailey, President of Manufacturing Operations at MCA, stated that MetalPeak Fabrication is designed to support both high-growth technology firms and legacy industrial companies that are critical to the American economy.
Early customer feedback has been positive. Denny Singleton, Application Engineering Manager at American Air Filter (AAF), said the partnership between MetalOne Fabrication and EHC Industries has already helped strengthen AAF’s supply chain by reducing costs and lead times while enabling more customized, competitive solutions.
Through MetalPeak Fabrication, Manufacturing Corporation of America continues to advance its long-term vision of preserving manufacturing expertise, accelerating innovation, and building a more resilient and competitive U.S. industrial ecosystem.
