Lyndsey Vickers recently visited SPINNER Bulgaria Ltd. — here’s what she thought

A couple of weeks ago, Lyndsey Vickers spent time at SPINNER Bulgaria Ltd., and her reflections are really worth sharing.

She was struck by the warmth of the people and the culture of continuous improvement across all facilities. From her visits to several sites, it’s clear that SPINNER is building on strong internal communication, consistent branding, and a genuine commitment to learning and evolving. (Though which facility is the most state-of-the-art? Lyndsey wouldn’t say—Axel Spinner might not be happy! 🤭)

📋 One highlight was their employee recommendation system, where ideas for both personal and technical improvements are truly heard and acted upon—a reflection of how SPINNER balances being established yet dynamic.

Special mention goes to the Logistics and Material Planning Managers, whose dedication and accountability ensure that every action ultimately supports the customer experience.

💪 Personal shoutout:
Rahsan Kaya, General Manager, has been with SPINNER for over 24 years. She led the creation of the Bulgarian facility from concept to completion—even during the challenging Covid years. Moving to a new country, learning a new language, and managing such a project is no small feat. Seven years on, with a third building underway, her commitment and expertise are inspiring.

Finally, Lyndsey highlighted the warmth of the team who welcomed her during the evening trip—Stiliyan Penev, Dzhansu Topal, and Vyara Todorova—who truly put their heart into the business.

🎥 Videos from the visit are coming soon, so stay tuned to see more of SPINNER Bulgaria in action.
