Formed in 2004 by a team of FANUC robotic engineers, Trinity Robotics Automaton is focused on building & developing the most efficient, easy to use, automated pallet systems for CNC machining centres Their team of robotic & CNC engineers push the limits of their systems continually striving to improve their technology so you can unlock the full potential of your CNC machines. Designed & built in California, Trinity’s Dereck Goodwin explains to Eric Hulen from MTDCNC Trinity have a range of five automated pallet systems from the entry level AX1 right up to the big daddy AX5 system. The five systems offer a combination of front & side loading & different parts size capacity, ranging from 14 to 40 pallets. Trinity have worked with most of the major machine tool manufactures including, HAAS, DMG MORI, Doosan, Makino & FANUC Robodrill. Although Trinity are more than happy to work with machine tool manufactures on new turnkey solutions most of their installations are in existing installations. All Trinity’s systems have full remote access that allows their engineers to sort out most problems without even coming to site.
