Is bacterial contamination of your grease causing problems in your food factory?

Tuesday 9 June 2020, 9:44:54 AM

FOODLUBE Extreme grease contains an antimicrobial compound to protect the lubricant from deterioration, fouling and odour caused by microorganisms. This helps to ensure the lubricant continues to operate as designed, despite harsh operating conditions. FOODLUBE Extreme grease is NSF H1 registered (acceptable as a lubricant with incidental food contact in and around food processing areas) and fits perfectly in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) plans. Furthermore, FOODLUBE Extreme is also ISO21469 certified (ISO 21469 proves that a lubricant is manufactured in a hygienic environment, using both best practices and the safest ingredients in accordance with the recipe that NSF have previously registered). Antimicrobial product protection is not a substitute for normal plant cleanliness practices, but can provide a solution when grease contamination cannot be avoided.
