MTDCNCLast viewed Wilbar Components Ltd. has just finished the design and development of brand new software to control our range of CNC Heavy Duty Sewing Machines. This, along with a brand new HMI touch screen interface, allows the user more immediate control of every machine and stitching parameter. The machine is able to stitch through many materials up to 25mm thick including leather, nylon webbing, Dyneema, Kevlar, rope and even plastic. Current applications include cargo nets, safety harnesses, pet products, rope, lifting slings and saddlery.
