JK Tyre Partners with Vertelo to Enhance Connected Mobility for Electric Fleets!

JK Tyre & Industries has formed a strategic alliance with Vertelo, a leader in electric mobility solutions, to deliver advanced connected mobility services through a cloud-based monitoring system. This partnership aims to accelerate fleet electrification by combining JK Tyre’s innovative EV tyres with Vertelo’s comprehensive fleet management services.

Under this collaboration, JK Tyre will supply its 255/70R22.5 JUXe EV tyres, which are equipped with Treel sensors for real-time monitoring. The initiative will initially launch at Vertelo’s depots across India, starting in Mumbai, with plans for expansion. To support this venture, JK Tyre will provide 24/7 assistance through a dedicated team, ensuring on-site and en-route help for fleet operators.

Srinivasu Allaphan, Director of Sales & Marketing at JK Tyre, emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility within the electric vehicle sector, stating, “This partnership reinforces JK Tyre’s leadership in smart, sustainable mobility solutions for the commercial EV tyre market.” Meanwhile, Sanjeev Sharma, Associate Vice President of Fleet Management & Mobility Solutions at Vertelo, highlighted the collaboration’s potential to boost fleet efficiency and tyre performance through technology-driven services, thereby promoting sustainable transport systems across India.

Sandeep Gambhir, CEO of Vertelo, expressed optimism about the partnership, noting that it aligns with the company’s mission to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in India. He stated that the collaboration will enhance tyre maintenance services and improve fleet efficiency for Vertelo’s electric vehicle operations.
