Introducing RoboSync the simple and flexible robot automation system from Nakamura-Tome.

RoboSync eliminates the need for a dedicated work stocker*. Use your existing pallets or carts for material and finished parts. Designed for easy automation without large-scale systems, RoboSync connects seamlessly with various machines – machine tools, cleaning systems, measuring devices, and more – independent of manufacturer or NC.

Easy Automation with no special carts required.

With RoboSync’s built-in vision sensor, workpieces can be recognized directly on a cart, even without dedicated dividers or special fixtures. There is no need to prepare custom carts or pallets every time the workpiece changes, reducing costs and simplifying operations.

Easy operation

RoboSync comes with a dedicated operation screen built into the teaching pendant, allowing the robot to be operated with ease. In addition to entering the necessary information for operation and performing manual controls, it also includes convenient features that support setup and recovery.

* A work stocker can also be used if required.
