Detailed Specification
A spindle with in-built hydraulic chuck is installed in the center of the machine bed and two independent tooling systems are installed on the right and left side of the spindle. The machine can turn two ends of parts simultaneously to achieve precise concentricity.
A10 equipped with two front turrets can reduce interference while processing.
It is also user friendly for tool changing and alignment.
It has special designed machine bed which makes the chip removal easier and causes the production line more stable in massive production with automation.
