Blum-Novotest opened an HQ in Querétaro – the center of the machine tool industry in Mexico!
“We are not overselling or underselling – we sell what the customer needs!” German company Blum-Novotest…
Andrew Nichols from BLUM Novotest talks about the importance of in-built measuring with the advanced TC64-DIGILOG scanning touch probe and TC64-RG roughness gauge or surface finish probe. In the video, we look at how the TC64-RG probe scans a workpiece and gives the in-process ability to analyze surface finish, feed it back to the control, and keep parts running without the operator checking the finish every few minutes or being at risk for getting injured. The TC64-DIGILOG probe acts as a comparator to check for workpiece defects through a profile finish. Andrew also explains how to automate the process running a cell controller with a robotics system.
