Mazak Set to Reveal Cutting-Edge Manufacturing Breakthroughs at DISCOVER 2025!

Mazak Corporation is gearing up to host its flagship event, DISCOVER 2025, from October 6–10 at its North American headquarters in Florence, Kentucky. As one of the most anticipated events in the metalworking and CNC industry calendar, DISCOVER 2025 promises an immersive experience, spotlighting over 30 state-of-the-art machine tools in live operation and unveiling the latest advancements in machining, automation, digital technology, and smart manufacturing strategies.
Attendees will be guided through four focused Action Areas—Advanced Machining, High-Volume Production, Multi-Tasking Technology, and Shop Solutions—each designed to present hands-on demonstrations and real-world applications that directly address today’s manufacturing challenges. This segmented approach ensures that visitors can engage with technologies most relevant to their production goals, whether they’re seeking higher throughput, greater precision, or enhanced flexibility.
Among the headline attractions will be Mazak’s newest innovations, including the VTC-Ez Series, the enhanced VARIAXIS and HCN NEO platforms, and the company’s next-generation INTEGREX Multi-Tasking centers. For manufacturers interested in compact and precise solutions, the SYNCREX Swiss-type machines will also be on display, offering live insights into their capabilities for small-part production.
A major highlight of the event will be Mazak’s introduction of grinding integration packages for its INTEGREX i-H and HYBRID series. These packages enable multi-surface grinding capabilities within a single setup, paving the way for fully automated part finishing without the need for separate grinding machines. This marks a significant leap in production efficiency, especially for industries that require high-precision, multi-process workflows.
Automation takes center stage at DISCOVER 2025 with systems like the Ez LOADER collaborative robot (cobot) and the PALLETECH High-Rise System. Both are designed to scale with manufacturer needs, offering flexible and modular automation pathways that tackle labor shortages while maximizing shop floor productivity.
The event will also serve as an important platform for knowledge sharing.
