KONE Elevator India has expanded its Bengaluru branch and South regional office in Hebbal, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the rapidly growing demand for smart urban mobility solutions across Karnataka and the wider South Indian market. The expanded facility will serve as a regional hub for sales, installation, maintenance, modernisation, and customer support while also functioning as an experience centre showcasing KONE’s latest elevator and escalator technologies.

The new office was inaugurated by Amit Gossain, Managing Director of KONE Elevator India & South Asia, along with Murali Malayappan, Chairman and Managing Director of Shriram Properties Limited. The expansion marks another important milestone in KONE’s long-term investment strategy aimed at strengthening its presence in one of India’s fastest-growing infrastructure and real estate markets.

The Bengaluru regional office will oversee operations across several key cities in Karnataka, including Mysuru, Mandya, and Tumakuru, enabling KONE to deliver faster response times and enhanced lifecycle support for its customers.
