With a background in HVACR engineering technology from Ferris State University, Weaver has consistently contributed to advancing best practices within the mechanical contracting and fabrication sectors.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and trade shows, sharing insights on construction technologies and process improvements. He also serves on the HVACR Advisory Board at Ferris State University and participates in the Core Group for the Lean Construction Institute of Michigan Community of Practice, reinforcing his commitment to workforce development and continuous improvement.
